Like the previous iteration, the Guide 19 features the brand’s EVA PWRRUN foam. While this foam has been reformulated to feel softer and more responsive than ever before, it continues to provide the well-balanced, reliable ride that Saucony fans have come to expect from the Guide.

When it comes to stability, the Guide 19 uses Saucony’s unique CenterPath technology to provide mild, adaptable support. This stability design uses asymmetrical midsole geometry, a wide base, and high sidewalls to correct for overpronation and guide you through your gait cycle, all while reducing excess weight and stiffness. And while the support is geared towards excessive inward rolling, it’s subtle and versatile enough for both overpronators and neutral runners who want a touch of support.

The engineered mesh upper was strategically designed to lock the foot in place while offering a soft, accommodating fit. This newest edition features even more padding along the heel and tongue for extra security and comfort throughout your runs.
