Both neutral runners and overpronators can enjoy the subtle ESS Support system the Axis has to offer. The medial support offers guidance throughout the gait cycle when needed, without feeling obtrusive or overly stiff. This built-in support is also paired with a flared base and sculpted midsole geometry for inherent stability through every stride.

The Hylo Axis thrives when it comes to versatility and balance in every feature, and the midsole foam underfoot is no exception. The supercritical, nitrogen-infused Hyperbolt+ foam is soft yet responsive, offering a balanced ride that can successfully carry you through daily mileage or uptempo runs. Castor bean-derived yarn is used to make the breathable and flexible jacquard warp knit upper, while the TreadLight outsole is designed to displace water and improve traction and durability.

What really sets the Axis apart, however, is the sheer amount of sustainable, bio-based materials.
