With the flexible, zero-drop Solstice XT 3 from Altra, you’ll have a shoe that helps you stay connected to the ground through any gym exercise.

With a low-cushion construction and zero-drop design, the Solstice XT 3 will help you feel stable and firmly planted on the ground as you lift, squat, walk, and so much more. The shoe features an A-frame panel, offering extra stability and support throughout lateral movements or plyometric exercises. And while there’s minimal cushioning in the midsole, the padded heel collar adds some extra comfort and cushioning around the foot.

With gym shoes, you want plenty of movement and freedom, and Altra’s signature fit and roomy design lend themselves perfectly to this use. The breathable mesh upper hugs the midfoot, while the anatomical FootShape toe box guarantees plenty of space and freedom around the toes.
